Foundation for Louisiana is proud of the diversity of our contributors and grateful for their ongoing support. Special thanks are due to the Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund that provided a large share of the resources deployed in response to the 2005 storms. Additionally, our donors include everyday local Louisianans, our own board members and staff, children in Michigan who sent us proceeds from a lemonade stand, Louisiana expatriates who host an annual crawfish boil in Brooklyn to benefit the Foundation, restaurant owners in Staten Island who organized a benefit carwash on our behalf, large national foundations, socially responsible corporations and townships and foreign countries, including Japan and Trinidad and Tobago.
