At Foundation for Louisiana, we are closely monitoring Hurricane Francine as it continues to develop. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of the residents, partners, and communities we serve across Southeast Louisiana. 

As of this morning, Louisiana and its surrounding areas are expecting the following impact: 

  • Orleans Parish: Wind threat: 39-57 mph, Storm Surge over 3 ft., Rainfall: 3-6 inches
  • Jefferson Parish: Wind threat: 39-57 mph, Storm Surge: 9 ft., Rainfall: 3-6 inches
  • St. Tammany Parish: Wind threat: 39-57 mph, Storm Surge over 3 ft., Rainfall: 3-6 inches
  • Lafourche Parish: Wind threat: 58-73 mph, Storm Surge: 9 ft., Rainfall: 3-6 inches
  • Terrebonne Parish: Wind threat: 58-73 mph, Storm Surge: 9 ft., Rainfall: 3-6 inches
  • St. Bernard Parish: Wind threat: 39-57 mph, Storm Surge over 3 ft., Rainfall: 3-6 inches
  • Hancock County, Mississippi: Wind threat: 39-57 mph, Storm Surge over 3 ft., Rainfall: 3-6 inches
  • Washington Parish: Wind threat: 39-57 mph, Rainfall: 3-6 inches
