The text and other non-graphic content owned by the Foundation and contained in the Site may be used, downloaded, reproduced or reprinted solely for benevolent (i.e., not for profit) use *only if* the following copyright notice appears on all copies: "© [year of publication] Foundation for Louisiana. All rights reserved." Text and other non-graphic content contained in the Site and not owned by the Foundation may not be reproduced without prior written consent of the copyright owner, regardless of your intended use.
Any photograph, illustration, artwork or other graphic content contained in the Site may not be used, download, reproduced or reprinted without the copyright owner's prior written permission.
You may not modify any text or other content contained in the Site in any way.
Any use of the Foundation's name or the text or the non-text or any other content contained in the Site to express or imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation or association of the user with or by the Foundation is strictly prohibited.
If you post, upload or make available material that infringes a copyright, you will have your access to the Site terminated and/or your accounts on the Site cancelled.
Warranties and Limitations on Liabilities
The information provided on the Site is believed to be correct when initially posted and is offered in good faith by the Foundation. Because of the nature of the information and the transmission technology used, the Foundation cannot warrant or make any representation that the information at the Site is accurate, complete or up-to-date; that the Site does not infringe the rights of any third party; or that the operation of the Site will be uninterrupted, continually available or error free. Correspondence with the Foundation
Any correspondence, communication, information or content you transmit to the Foundation, via email or otherwise, is unsolicited by the Foundation and is not considered confidential. By transmitting any correspondence, communication, information or content to the Foundation, you automatically grant to the Foundation a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use such correspondence, communication, information or content for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, publication, broadcast and posting for the Foundation's own benefit without compensation or acknowledgment of the source.
Use of the Site
The information on the Site is not intended to be published or made available to any person in a jurisdiction where doing so would violate applicable laws or regulations. Accordingly, if it is prohibited to make such information available in your jurisdiction or to you (by reason of your nationality, residence or otherwise), this information is not directed to you. Before using the Site, be sure that your use of the Site is not prohibited. Your use of the Site confirms that the use does not violate any laws or regulations.
The information and materials on the Site and all intellectual property rights in or relating to them are the property of the Foundation or its licensors. The Foundation logo and LEAD logos are a trademark of the Foundation and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent from the Foundation. In the event that the Foundation grants you permission to reproduce any logos, photographs, or videos owned by the Foundation, you agree that such reproduction shall be done solely for the purpose of news reporting. The reporting will be done in accordance with the usage guidelines of the Foundation (as provided by the Foundation in writing from time to time) and the reproductions shall be reprinted in their original entirety, including current size and format.
Any other use of the Site without the prior written approval of the Foundation is prohibited. The Foundation reserves the right to revoke, by written notice (email or U.S. mail), at any time and for any reason or no reason, any permission or license granted to you for the use of any logos, photographs or videos. You agree to return or destroy the relevant material within ten (10) days of written notice of any such revocation from the Foundation. You may not modify the content of the Site or frame or deep-link the Site on any other site without the express written permission of the Foundation.
Copyright Infringement Claims
The Foundation respects the rights of copyright holders. Those who have access to the Foundation's system or networks and repeatedly infringe on others' copyrights will have their access terminated, and the infringing material will be removed. If you believe your work has been copied in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following information as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512:
* a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
* identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works);
* identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and information reasonably sufficient to permit the Foundation to locate the material;
* information reasonably sufficient to allow the Foundation to contact the complaining party, e.g., an address, telephone number, and email address;
